Article 9 (Qualification of Union Members) in Chapter 1 of the Union Bylaws

01. Union members of the association shall be those who engage in marine pollution prevention businesses within the business area of small and medium-sized enterprises defined in Article 2 of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Basic Act, and business associations engaged in the same or related industries.(Same industry: Those registered under the Marine Pollution Prevention Industry, as defined in Article 70, Paragraph 1, Clause 2 of the Marine Environment Management Act, with the Korean Standard Industrial Classification (KSIC) detailed code 39009 for Other Environmental Remediation and Restoration Activities.)
02. The union may admit small and medium-sized business owners from other industries as members in order to facilitate the smooth progress of its operations. In this case, the number of members from the same industry cannot exceed 20% of the total union membership. (Other industries: Korean Standard Industrial Classification (KSIC) detailed code 38120 for designated waste collection and transportation businesses, KSIC detailed code 74212 for business facility and industrial equipment cleaning services.)
03. Even individuals other than small and medium-sized business owners specified in Paragraph 1 may become union members if they engage in the same industry as regulated in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree, upon receiving recommendations from at least five existing members and obtaining approval through a resolution of the board of directors deemed necessary.

Union Membership Guide

- Capital Contribution : Contribute an amount equal to or greater than 1 share, and contributions exceeding 1 share are subject to the free will of the joining company.
   (200,000 KRW per share)
- Membership Fee : 1,500,000won
- Union Fee : 1,200,000 KRW (100,000 KRW per month)
