Korea Marine Disaster Prevention Cooperative Association Will Forge Ahead

Hello,
Our cooperative, consisting of over 40 companies in marine disaster prevention, vessel cleaning, and rescue services, was established on February 7, 2018, under the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Cooperative Association Act.
We received the establishment approval from the Minister of Small and Medium Venture Business.
We are a nationwide cooperative that engages in activities related to marine pollution incident response, collection of pollutants from incoming and outgoing vessels, and local marine pollution prevention efforts.

There have been cases where the inadequate integrated response system of rescue and disaster prevention services for maritime accidents, specifically for oil spill prevention during vessel entry and exit, has resulted in continuous oil spills and the expansion of marine pollution damages.
In response to this, our cooperative has formed a unified team called 'One Team,' consisting of members from the rescue, disaster prevention, and vessel cleaning sectors.
This team works together to provide integrated prevention services, including swift oil spill containment and transfer operations, during maritime accidents.
